The room rate is $72.00 + tax per night. Please be sure to ask for Karen and reserve rooms under Bass Family Reunion, this is a special rate, good until August 13,2010. After this time, room rates will increase. Each family is responsible for making their own reservations. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, restaurants, internet connection, and video games/arcade area. The rooms have either one king size bed or two double beds. Please be sure to specify any special needs at the time of your reservation.
Payment arrangements for Bass Family Reunion #1: Every grand child of Ralph or Gorman can choose to make an umbrella payment of $125 that will cover each of their offspring and spouses only Additional people will be $25 each.
For example, granddaughter, Mary, will include her husband, her son, her two daughters and their husbands and three children under her umbrella for $125. The son's girlfriend will cost an extra $25

#2: Anyone can chose not to be under an umbrella and pay $25 per person. Children age five (5) and under are free.
For example, grandson, John, only has one son. He decides to pay $25 for each of them for a total of $50.

Make sure a listof the people for whom you are paying accompanies your payment.

The cost for our Bass Family Reunion includes park, games, prizes, food, and hospitality room.

Family Slide Show Send pictures via cd/dvd to Raymond Lloyd Jr. at 1784 South Center Blvd Springfield, OH 45506, or email pictures to RELJR14@aol.com. Please do not send originals that need to be returned to you. You can take original copies to stores such as Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Target, etc., scan your photos and put all of your memories on a disc that can be mailed to Raymond. Please send your pictures to Raymond by August 1, 2010, to be compiled into video form for all family members to enjoy. Send any pictures you are willing to share from earlier years to the present time. We would love to see them!
Bass Family T-Shirts There will be t-shirts for those who are interested at the cost of $10 for children sizes, $15 for adult sizes, and $16.75 for XXXL and above.
